Rope slings

Rope slings are cost-effective lifting elements that are made with the appropriate number of strands, of the required length and load capacity. The production of rope slings can be ordered at our Brugg Liny Stalowe production plant. For the production of rope slings, a hydraulic press with sufficient pressure is necessary to press aluminum sleeves on steel ropes in appropriate dies. Thanks to this, links and rope endings with thimbles, hooks, shackles and other sling fittings are attached to the ropes. In our Brugg Liny Stalowe plant, we have several hydraulic presses, the largest of which has a pressure of 1,000 tons. It allows for pressing sleeves on steel ropes with a diameter of up to 70 mm.

Rope slings are made with a high safety factor of 5. They have the CE mark, a declaration of compliance with the above standard and instructions for use.

The maximum operating temperature of rope slings is 100º C.
