Steel ropes

Wire ropes consist of various steel wires. Individual wires are processed into strands. Several strands are then braided into the core of the rope, around which the outer strands are wrapped in the final process (final braiding). Some rope structures have plastic internal parts. Before the final weaving, in a further phase of work, in a special process, a plastic sheath is applied to the rope core. Of course, it is important to ensure that there is enough lubrication inside the rope.

Depending on the way the wires are woven into the rope, there are many steel rope structures. All our ropes are ropes without internal tension (relaxed ropes)

  • Standard FLEX 6×19 steel ropes
  • Standard steel ropes coated in plastic casing
  • Standard 6×7 black steel ropes. 6×19 black
  • Standard steel ropes of WSH construction. 6×31 . 6×36 . 6×41
  • Standard steel ropes inside with electrical cables

  • Standard NOX stainless steel ropes 1 x 7. 1x19. 6x7. 6×19 . 6×36

Currently, all ropes that differ from standard ropes are called special ropes. What sets DIEPA ropes apart and has made them a market leader for decades is outlined below: · Special rope design · Accurate, detailed calculations of the rope structure using modern computer programs, taking into account empirical values from several decades of rope production · Processing of high-quality single wires · Processing high-performance and proven rope lubricant · Production of semi-finished and final products on optimized machine groups · Qualified specialist staff, including some with a very high degree of specialization
