We can offer rope slings, chain slings, polyester belt and hose slings with the load capacity and length required by you. We have all the machines a sling manufacturer needs: hydraulic presses with dies, a Grummet sling splicing machine, and strength testing machines.<\/p>

In addition to standard slings, we also produce special slings for transporting unusual loads. In this case, we design and manufacture traverses according to the customer's needs.<\/p>

To ensure your safety when securing loads, we, as a sling manufacturer, have prepared several instructions for the use of slings and lifting devices:<\/p>

1. Checking the load hook lock \u2013 Does the load hook lock move properly? \u2013 The hook lock must close! \u2013 In case of a fault: Report to the crane operator\/supervisor<\/p>

2. Assessment of the transported goods - Can the material be transported with a crane in this condition (undamaged packaging, stable wooden pallet, no loose parts)?<\/p>

3. Attaching slings \u2013 Wrap chains, straps or ropes tightly around the goods being transported so that they cannot shift while the load is being lifted.<\/p>

4. Slow Up Hand Signal \u2013 Command the crane operator to \u201cslow up\u201d using hand signals, Monitor the lifting process from a short and safe distance<\/p>

5. Danger - If the load tilts or the lifting points move: give a hand signal "stop", Never correct a suspended load manually!<\/p>

6. Inspection of slings - Is the sling undamaged (no cracks, cuts, creases, loops)? Can the goods being transported be transported with the selected sling?<\/p>

7. Selection of attachment points - Where should the sling be attached to the transported goods? The transported goods should be transported in a balanced position. Take into account the center of gravity of the load!<\/p>

8. Locating the sling user - Safe posture, Alternative option when the load makes uncontrolled movements, Eye contact with the crane operator, There is no risk of falling or trapping the user,<\/p>

9. Inspection of a suspended load \u2013 If the load is just above the ground, check: Is the load balanced and are the attachment points stable? If so: \u201cKeep lifting\u201d hand signal<\/p>

10.
